Camp cooking over fire, Moto camping meal ideas for an overnighter

One cooking segment from my video, Solo moto-camp fine dining in the wilderness. I believe that some may not want to watch the whole video, so I am starting a series or playlist on just the cooking parts of the videos. This is an easy, blackened Salmon, masked potatoes, and seared baby carrots meal I made over a fire in the forest while motorcycle camping. All food was fresh and packed in a small soft-sided cooler that easily straps to my motorcycle. I know many riders choose to stop and eat at a restaurant on the road or bring dehydrated meals for ease of preparation, but you can have a fantastic home-cooked meal in the wild with a bit of prep and patience.
