On the second day in the winter Buschraft Camp . Today I make everything very slowly and drink a lot of tea. Around noon I am fit again and make wood for the fire and cook a soup.

Great video, it seems like a great time! I also use the leftover oils from food to prevent cracked skin and lips, some may find it weird but it works!

Yes, and I´m very happy and thankfull about that! The birds are mostly birds that stay the winter time here in our region. The bird in the video could be a crossbill. Mostly there are chickadees / titmouse.

The difference between your camping environment and mine (the desert): 1-basically you have ice all around you which means water is available 24/7 like in desert we do not find water thrown on the ground 2-and as everyone might have guessed the temperature we literally wear half sleeve t-shirts during winter during day night is kinda cold(not to that extent) 3-like you are in a forest whenever you need wood you find it finding wood for starting a campfire in the desert is way much harder. 4-like no places for anything to hide in the desert so we have more protection from wild animals. If i missed something comment it down below
