Vasyl, the best way to peel a boiled eggs is to put them in a tupperware, half filled with water, and then shake the tupperware for few seconds so the shell breaks, its best to do this immediately after the egg is boiled. And all of the peel can be taken off easily.

My one note on this video: when you boil eggs make sure the water is boiling first, boil for 12 minutes, then soak the eggs in cold water. Then the shells won't stick to the egg white.
