Camp RZR! Such a huge event to kick off the Glamis Sand Dune season. There were double if not triple the amount of people there this year than last year. Tons of carnage, lots of wrecks and lots of craziness! I wouldn't expect anything less! Sunday was so so windy hopefully all the ruts and woops get blown away. The New Maverick R preformed so great out there. Shout out to ‪@packardperformance‬ for my sick paddles on back and with the system 3s on front, I had tons of traction and ‪@metalfxoffroad9202‬ wheels. I can't wait to go back and jump off China Wall!

I read on the maverick forums someone heard from Can-am @ glamis there would be an update for the rear shock compression to help prevent heavy g-outs in sport +

Hell Yes this is what I've been waiting for. Looks like the R is great in the whoops and I think it did pretty well against a stage 3 Evo x3, which is at least 400 lbs lighter. Evo is working on their tune for the r and there's a good video at glamis where the EVO car ran away from the stock shock therapy car.

My x3 smokes the maverick r up olds but it has a big turbo. With that said the Maverick R is a much better machine. It handles in the dunes better, suspension is lights out better and it is much more solid

In a previous comment someone said there may be an update for the rear suspension. The front feels good the rear is reminiscent of the X3, So the Pro R feels better in the whoops at the base of the dunes, but the transmission feels like continuous power all the way to the top!

It was WILD there this weekend! I did get to Demo both the Maverick R and the Pro R. I walked away from the Pro R totally blown away vs the Maverick R I left thinking maybe just an X3 for the money is the better buy. To be fair the Polaris guys took everyone through some decent dunes and transitions vs the Can Am guys took us through very small dunes and slow down sand highway, it definitely didn’t show off well like that.

@@jabroni6199 Pro R! I don’t think the Can Am demo leaders picked a course that showed off the Maverick R well at all. Maybe if they did it would have impressed me. Kinda disappointed to walking away from that Demo thinking it wasn’t much better than an X3.
