@7:57 there are other ways to improve Palau without holding up the Presidency. Working with traditional leaders to clear these land issues and title dispute would have helped the nation onward. Setting up an organisation focused on reducing the effects of climate change would have been something closer to your heart while giving others the opportunity to lead, giving the next generation the mantle to solve current world and local issues.

i get it if you have your criticisms about the tax reform or other new legislations or changes but whats most frustrating is you rarely directly bring to the table what you would do instead or your clear plan of action. A lot of it sounds like the regurgitating and repeating of catchy slogans that sound good to everyone (especially the older generation) but lack much clarity in how exactly you would make it happen and furthermore make it happen and differently than you had in your previous terms.
