At 68, I'm still fascinated to learn more about what's inside me and how it works (or doesn't). Dr. Campbell, with voice and visuals, is a great teacher. Thank you!

My own analysis has told me that the air that passes through the sinuses passes into the upper chest and that the many videos on youtube identifying health problems also identify that the upper chest, in lateral alignment with the aortic arch, is idle...not inflating at all, indicating sinus problems. It appears to be a cerebrospinal fluid problem and though it's early days yet...it is very encouraging...and keeping our thinking honest and straight, say, Christian like, certainly helps here.

Thanx for the video, was googling, have an unqualified professional reasoning.. I'm thinking its natural to breathe through the nose, because of the hair and nasal mucosa as a human dust filter. Is there any parasympathetic function in respiratory cycle whom is keeping the upper airway open, if we mainly has nasal breathing? (and since we drink and eat orally, the airway would automatically become closed position). My wondering, or my one day old theorem; I do have part time sleep apnea (falling asleep from supine), to get air, i do have "made up" a nasal inspiration breath technique. Three days ago I discovered while exercising that i'm only breathe orally, then I remembered an article i read last week, which showed the muscular cross section with sleep apnea ( it was significant muscle atrophy). And I was immediately changed to mine dormitionis apnea opening technique. (No changes in Hr and lactate, only a "strange" feeling...). My question, is it possible to acquire sleep apnea because of no neuromuscular nose-muscular stimulation?
@Campbellteaching5 жыл бұрын
Not as far as I know. There are different causes for sleep apnea. Have you had the cause of your condition identified? Are you overweight?
@Isskardtind5 жыл бұрын
@@Campbellteaching Thank you for the response! No i haven't, and i rather see the need. My weight has nothing to do with my question, in fact, overweight shouldn't have anything to say, if it was hold in my theorem, overweight isn't an exclusion criterion for muscular adaptation to specific exercise. If its innervated by 10th and 11 th craniale nerve, and the vagus is parasympathetic (or sympathetic?); if so, I couldn't do that conscious breathe activation. (I do cardiovascular exercise 50 hours/month, so there is sufficient neuromuscular repetition in the past to changed recruitment pattern) .
