I have this heart block, every 3rd beat I miss a beat, Its not constant, can change to every 5 beats or 8 beats etc.... but I do catch it now and then when I'm taking my BP. It may last for a minute or up to 3 minutes. Depending on my heart rate ,it can be as low as 30 if my pulse is slow.... I have never felt like passing out as I don't think it lasts long enough. My Dr doesn't seem too concerned about it and I do have an appointment with my Cardiologist in the new year. My Dr has never mentioned a heart block nor has my cardiologist and they both know about the missing beats...
