we have joined the national trust and English heritage and they are both brilliant. we are full timers and sometimes just use the free parking to have a bit of R&R cook a meal walk the dog etc occasionally we have had a cheeky sleepover in the car park. enjoy and congratulations to you both

We had the National trust membership when our kids were younger and throughly enjoyed all the brilliant places we visited........that was some quality time with your family around some beautiful places Luke........stay safe.......thanks for sharing

National Trust is great with the annual pass, we went to Bodium Castle a couple of years ago and it probably is one of favourite places we've gone to.

Plenty of national trust sites in Northern Ireland! Including some beaches like Portstewart strand - drive on beach. Loads of history you should find interesting!

I like the NT sites. We had a membership many moons ago and enjoyed the few times we took advantage of it - probably not often enough if truth be known. I think more vids from you on NT sites5would be welcomed. And just re-watched your 2019 Camp Quirky vid as we're looking to go this year for the first time. Nice to see you camera setup has image stabilising as it was a bit shaky - but still entertaining. Peter.

Just for the parking is worth it, we go kayaking at a few National trust places and the Lake District has loads of places to visit. Some allow overnight parking for camper vans. Well worth being a member.

Nice idea with that National Trust pass! There are so much to see and having the entry on a flat rate makes it even more enjoyable! Does the pass renew after the first year or do you have to buy a new one? Bodiam Castle is known from a Monty Python movie "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" and at Scotney Castle, Margaret Thatcher rented some space as a hide out... The paintings of unclothed little boys at Mr. Kiplings house were somewhat borderline...hmmm... Nice trip anyway, thx for showing! :-D

Nice one Luke! You'd be better to insulate that shed, mine is never that cold in winter and heats up super quick with one bar (400 Watts) on my 1200 watt halogen heater (not the quartz type, I don't think much of those) My shed is 12"x12", I used 1 3/4" or 2" White polystyrene, I can't remember exactly. Anyway, the National Trust thing may be an option for me too, my brother was a member and liked it a lot, he used it when he had his caravan.

I'm with Historic Scotland cause national trust in Scotland is more stately homes which I'm not interested in, I prefer castles and ruins which historic Scotland do.

the national Trust don't just do historic castles and stately homes they also have nice nature Reserves as well I highly recommend the Farn islands in Northumberland to go and see the puffins and other sea birds around may time , and also Blankney point on the North Norfolk coast and you'll see some seal's

Just seen your van for sale on line... A few point to consider.. There's no pictures of the outside of the van or the damage to the body work.. No mention of service history cambelt etc..its listed as a 2010 but is a 2009. 8 months mot left not 11...you spent so much time and effort on the van shame to not be able to sell it due to a poor listing... If people keep seeing the same advert week after week they will think there's a problem with the vehicle when there isn't all the best, stu..
