I'm so happy for you! At separate times when my son and daughter were looking to buy houses, I asked them to look into a two family so we would be separate, but she would have a place to rent when she is older, and after I die. Neither would consider it. I would have quickly sold my home to help finance another if in an ideal location. It is what it is. Safe travels. My old car broke down, and I have it back $3000 later. I hope the a/c works now. You're coming to CT. That's were I live. I wish I could meet you.

Full disclosure -- it's been an emotional day, but I am CRYING I'm so excited for you to share space with your far away baby!! While I was waiting for hubby to pick me up to go meet with PTs and OTs at his mom's rehab earlier, I was talking with my 16 year old son and started crying about him being 2 hours away at college and that's not for 2 years! Our 18 year old will always live with us. I would take away his narcolepsy in a second if I could, but I have no regrets about seeing his gorgeous face and hearing his genius ideas every day. So I come home from helping Mom and Lu Lu has posted a new video -- wonderful -- and makes such a beautiful annoucement -- amazing! Thank you for sharing :)

I will just be decorating my bedroom. the house is a 4 bedroom house and I will just take one bedroom. and I plan to spend an average of 3 months a year there, so she can have the rest of the house to with what she wants as far as decorating. so I will end up with 1/4 of the house/bedrooms, for 1/4 of the year, so I will be paying 1/4 of the rent!! perfect arrangement!!! YAY!! 💕

Wow!!! You are blessed in so many ways Lulu!! Two tiny homes, one with each of your kids and the 3rd for the road…life can not get better than that!!! hi Beverly, I'm living in 28 sq. ft. back there!! wherever I cook, I am cooking next to everything, next to my bed, my fridge, my toilet, my everything!! everything is within reach. so I don't wig out about cooking smells or pee jug next to water spout. for me, it's just a big "whatever"! LOL 😊
