one of my favourite IEMs are from campfire audio, the Solaris. Thanks for your detailed review on their latest pair.

I'm quite appreciative of you producing both russian and english reviews, thanks a lot. You are very well versed in the english language as well as breaking down complex audio ideas to one like me who is new to the world of audio. Love the detail and effort you put into making videos for us, you make us all better informed. Thanks a lot Porta.FI!!!!

How do you think the LZ A7 compares to the Campfire Audio Vega 2020? I know two very different iems and tunings. But I remember listening to the original Vega and finding it having a more V shaped tuning while still being nicely resolving with good clarity but I do feel the A7 can compete easily with the original Vega, if not beat it in terms of technicalities but obviously both iems are made for differenr uses. Vega being the more fun, musical, bassy and warmer while the A7 being more linear/neutral, bit analytical and very resolving and clear. But I am curious if the Vega 2020 improves in technicalities and can be a fun/technical iem :)

they are almost polar opposites. A7 is neutral, with a focus on resolution and microcontrast, Vega is weighty, warmer IEMs. 2020 version is even less analytical than the regular one. so, nothing in common with A7 at all

@@PortaFi I want to try a tube amp so bad. But I don't have enough gears right now to justify it. Let's see how much willing I'll be to spend in this hobby after a while. 😁

Hello Sir, where do you buy your music? or what downloader you are using to get 16/24bit - 44-48khz. Thanks.
@PortaFi3 жыл бұрын
Hello, I buy on HDTracks, Bandcamp, 2L, Qobuz. Also I buy CDs and grab them (I think it's OK as long as I own the disc and don't share files)

I'm I going mad or are these getting better the longer I use them?
@PortaFi2 жыл бұрын
no, you're definitely OK :) there is a slight burn-in changes, but also your brain "adapts" to the sound, so it became more natural to your ears

I would like to know if they tune them before or after burn in.

@@damienfrizzell9394 I don't know for sure, as I have never been in their lab, but I suspect they're doing hundreds of tests/measurements/evaluations in any condition. CA are really serious about that sound
