Campground Tour for Ricker Pond State Park in Vermont

This is a basic edit of a campground tour designed to help people who are trying to choose a campsite. I do not work for the campground - just camping here for the first time today. I also made a vlog of my camping experience here.

Really appreciate the campground tours. We like our solitude as well, so when you point out how close the neighbors are, it's really helpful. At the same time, we often camp with friends who stay on adjacent sites, so sometimes we want to be close to our neighbors! Video guides such as this, while not as exciting, are powerful research aids showing not only what each site looks like, but you also give us the 'lay of the land' - something often hard to discern from static campground photos. Thanks. Yes, those tiny pictures are tough. I have tried enlarging them but it's just too hard to tell the vibe of the place without seeing the 360 view.

Great tour of the campground. When you walked down to the water's edge at the Daisy lean-to site and said "Wow", that got me super excited for our trip next summer 2024. We were lucky to get that same site and can't wait for it! It looks amazing!

7/23 how is Knox Mountain? How close are the bathrooms?

The bathrooms were close. As for Knox Mountain, I only went up that one short trail but the area was beautiful.

Are all the lean tos the same size? We are booked for summer of 2024 and im trying to figure out the biggest tent i might fit in. I have a 10 x 8.5

Good question. I am trying to remember and my guess is they were all a standard size. I think your tent would fit but this is just my guess. Often the roof is slanted also.
