A quick tip coming from my gf who is an expert camper. You should differentiate summer camps from winter camps. Winter camps tend to have more acute rooftops to prevent snow accumulation which gets heavy easily while summer camps have more flat roottops for easier sunlight dispersion.

Bonjour Yoyo. Tous mes vœux pour 2024. Cette année commence fort avec cette petite mésaventure. Mais le reste de votre séjour s'est bien déroulé. Il n'y a pas eu de casse ni de blessé heureusement (la tente était vide). Peut-être faudrait-il surgonfler la tente en hiver. Quand il fait froid, l'air se comprime et diminue la pression dans les tubes... À voir dans le temps.

First of all, you two, a happy new year and good health, stay healthy, because I believe health is the most important thing in life. Great inflatable tent. Well, when it gets cold, the air gets heavier and the volume gets smaller. This is completely normal, plus the natural loss of pressure due to leaks. Buy additional telescopic poles and a few meters of paracord and support the tent from the inside, better two more than too few. Greetings from Frankfurt

Hi Yo-yo san, Just as a note, inflatable tents are more likely to fold because of the air in them will shrink due to the cold weather. You may have to think about bracing the tent before you leave the tent with a few poles from inside the tent. That way if you have heavy snow, the inflatable tent won’t collapse as much 😊.

Bonjour, je vous souhaite une bonne année 2024, avec de nombreuses possibilités de faire du camping, dans une petite vidéo vous aviez montré votre tente effondrée sous le poids de la neige, il doit avoir une soupape de sécurité pour lâcher l'air en cas de problèmes , c'est une tente vraiment solide, c'est un bon argument de vente, j'aime bien regarder votre matériel, comme le cuit vapeur, c'est intéressant , bonne continuation👍👍

I have to imagine what would it take to fix a collapsed tent with lotsa snow and bring everything back to how it was. And I thought two ladies working on it alone won't do. There must be a platoon of shovelers, menders, and other crew that the camera won't show us! If I were Yoyo, that's exactly how I'd done it!

Guess you’ve had some heavy snowstorms right now, it’s the second camping video I have seen where a long term tent collapsed under the snow😯. Just as well your sister was with you for your New Year’s eve “celebration” to help sort things out😅! Perhaps while you are not there you can install some sort of temporary additional support to hold up the roof in case of another snowstorm. Thanks for the video 🥰🥰
