Looked like an awesomely relaxing camping trip. Perfect location. Back when my wife and I were going camping we mostly car camped in closed campgrounds. We liked going camping out of season, Mid Fall into early winter… we’d have the whole campground to ourselves. There’s was even a few times we ended up in the car because of a bad snow storm. Such good times. 😊

Well, gentlemen, you put on quite a show. At the very beginning I saw two dogs and then I recognized Misty with her bandana and I said "Oh No, this video is going to have Marc in it !" and sure enough, there he was. Roadside, backwoods camping is perhaps the most popular because you can have so much stuff right at hand in the vehicle. Nice Kabobs and fireside chats. The blow up boat is something I'll avoid. Someone gave me an old Zodiac one time and on its first trip, while I was inflating it on the shore of a big lake, the transom separated from the rubber sides. I guess it was old and the glue had dried out . I'm just glad it happened on the beach. I know you've had good luck with this inflatable kayak but I'll stick to tending fire while you guys go out in that. Keep up the great work on your channel(s) and have a good week!

You’re right Craig, access to whatever you can load in your vehicle is a very nice luxury. Inflatable boats have their downsides but I wanted to show that it’s a very inexpensive way to get anyone on the water. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch Brother! 👍🏻👊🏻

A fine in-between camp I'd say Doug. It felt remote enough and certainly had all you needed - water to paddle on and wood to burn. I was salivating here mate - the food looked delicious - yeah smoky and going down smooth. I imagine you were relaxed. You certainly looked it. All the best - have a great week ahead. Mark

Hi Doug. Well I’m camping out in Victoria Goldfields and it’s 2 degrees Celsius here. I bought a Chinese Diesel Heater.A portable one for $120.00 and it is definitely worth every dollar I spent.. Very economical to run.. Got a gram of gold. Unfortunately I am not videoing for KZbin as I am taking a break from KZbin.. Cheers 🍻

I've had to paddle back to shore many times because the dog was following me.😂 I agree car camping is most popular and easier for people to do if they just want to get out there. I preffer getting a bit further back when I can. Looks like we play in the same backyard in Northern Ontario.

Storm Dog Lake. I’m going car camping on Thursday as Kitty is coming. A week next to rapids. Have a large river and massive lake system to explore. Our inflatable Sea Eagle kayaks are working good. I figured out adding weight at the bow of mine makes it less wobbly. I’m still too fat.

Thanks Wade, we had a great time. No comparison with the K2 and a canoe or regular kayak, the K2 simply allows you to get on the water for a very low cost and doesn’t require much room to transport it and store it. Marc did a little bit of fishing and caught a pike off shore actually. There were a lot of fish jumping in the late evening. Enjoy your long weekend and I sure appreciate you watching my Brother! 👍🏻👊🏻

Not much worse than a "sinky" floor out in a boat. I don't know about anyone else, but I am stopping about half way thru this video, getting into my miniature van, and heading to the woods to do some car camping. Won't get to do a campfire because of the burn ban, but I will be chopping up some wood for when the time is right.
