Camping and Fly Fishing Mills River

Quick weekend trip camping and fly fishing around in the Mills River NC area. Using my Jeep Gladiator with a Alu-Cab canopy camper.

I am the guy that met you at SAVE that has the ponytail and also has a Gladiator with an ACCC who is also a fly fisherman. I am curious, at that second camp site do they have any smallmouth in the river? It looks like it would. I have been looking for a spot to camp and fly fish for smallmouth in the Tenn/NC area.

That river has brown&rainbow trout, its what they use for their guide service

@@gobi_recon I figured around Ashville there would be some good smallmouth streams. When trout fishing in the east I like to chase little native specks.....I try to avoid stocked streams.

We are close to the beach and mountains so alot of weekend trips and then have built up pto balances working for the same company for a number of years.
