On today's vanlife adventures to Alaska, I wake up in a beautiful campsite in the mountains of Canada. However, I get the bright idea to look at these mountains from a different perspective! After my crazy excursion, I continue driving north and find a nice cozy place by a river to camp, cook, and play some games on my PC in the van.

Hi Trent make sure you service your van to make sure everything is working before you head into Alaska! Check all liquids, Oil, Anti freeze, Transmission fluid levels, battery life, brakes, electric, tires! Carry a spare battery, tire, oil, anti freeze and Flat fix. Prep, bring water, Tuna, beans, rice, dry Milk, Satellite phone! Make it a safe, fun trip!! 9:39 Blessings

My husband and I ran the AL-CAN highway in 1992 on our Harley with a sidecar. We tented on the side of the road and provincial parks, stopped at Liard Springs. Was the trip of a lifetime. Safe travels and enjoy the Canadian Rockies. They are stunning.

Another great video. Laughed at the start of the flight when you said woah and then several shots of you holding the handle by the door. Flights like that are awesome but when the helicopter decides to be a rock, nothing you can do so enjoy the ride and scenery. Wife took her first helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon several years ago. She got to sit in front as well and her smile was so big when she got back and all she could say was WOW and AWESOME. If you replace your small pot with something called a Caldero for cooking your rice, you will have a much more even cook throughout the rice as it will trap in a lot more steam to help the cooking process better. You can get a small 1.6 qt Caldero which would fit perfectly in a small space without taking much room

Thanks Trent for the beautiful scenery I sure do love Millie your relationship I can't believe it's been a month since I lost my beautiful Lily she went everywhere with us even to work we did tree work so she was with us 24/7 and now she's gone and it's so freaking lonely without her 💔 I came across you and Millie's videos right after I lost her I subscribed and I can follow you ever since thank you for getting to see the relationship with you and Millie like me and my husband did our beautiful precious Lily thanks for taking me places that I would never be able to see in my life time I'm 62 and my husband 65 Lily was our third dog so we will never get another but we have all three of their ashes to be buried with us someday 🙏❤️

Thank you for being considerate. Yes, the wind for some reason is bad in Alberta. It’s early forest fire season for us. A lot of land between civilizations. With wind less mosquitoes . Lily or Milli is my favourite part of the video. Love a great connection between a dog and a person.
