While I was watching this my mom peeked over my shoulder and asked (referring to Simon): "Is that one homeless?" Bahahaha! I said at well over 100K subs I doubt it. He paid a lot of money for all his gear just to look like it though. *edit* Naturally this was all said with love. 💞 I love you both, and now Mom does too!

Tips on making American breakfast biscuits: My grandmother taught me to use a straight sided cutter and not to twist it. That avoids sealing the edges and allows the biscuits to rise higher and lighter. My mother-in-law, instead of rolling and cutting her biscuits, would pinch off a piece of the dough and pat it out on the side of the bowl, forming a biscuit shape. They didn’t rise super high, but she got them done quickly and easily.

Always love & enjoy your videos 😊 i discovered you a few months ago (2024) and started binge watching your videos. I have to say that the bloopers are refreshing 😌. It's nice to see the contrast from your regular videos because your editing and production are typically flawless. Its easy to forget or lose sight of the amout of work or "takes" you have to take to get the right shot. Thank you for posting such wholesome and authentic content!
