I'm a 23 Pilot trailsport owner based in Seattle, and I'm also currently working on some overlanding mods, actually just got the HRG 2.5 inch lift kit install. Just really like the car and found how capable the pilot is. I’d love to meet up or find out if there’s a Honda overlanding group in the area. 😀

I know that with editing the setup time is probably longer, so I'm curious. On average, how much time do you spend on set up and teardown for your videos? Admittedly I'm kinda lazy, so there's a certain level of setup/teardown time that I feel wouldn't be worth it for an overnight, but the same time seems perfectly fine for a 2 night or more stay.

For me, I chose the Quechua 2 Seconds Easy Fresh & Black tent from Decathlon. I kind the easiness of umbrella-style quick release. It’s very convenient for me.

@StephenYang Thanks~ it really depends but normally, with filming, it takes around 1-2 hours to set up. take down and packing is much quicker because I don't really focus filming. I would love to stay for more than 1 night but I only have 2 day weekend.. next camping video set up is much easier so please stay tune for that.~

Pepper is 15 now but still has energy to roam around while I am setting up camp. he hates being in the cage or even in the 2nd row seats.. he needs to ride shot gun so I have a seat belt for him for his safety. I am running out of meal ideas now. LOL I do really love all the cargo space the pilot has. so much more room now.

People fail to realize that 99% of the outdoor activities they do can be accomplished by the crossover SUV's that we currently have available. You don't need a proper 4x4 to get out there now. Now I get it if your going to do some serious trails there is no replacement but something like the Honda pilot you have and the old Subaru outback will do everything most people will do. As consumers we have big plans for when we purchase vehicles thinking we will take them to the limits of what they were designed for but that just isn't the case.

Thank you for joining us. I was same about air tents but after using it, it is quite nice. my wife's favorite tent is an Air tent.
