This park was a surprise hit for our family. I scheduled just to check the box and say we had been there. We fell in love with this park. I figured it would be super humid in the summer so we hit this park in February. Unfortunately we didn't see any alligators in the winter (or maybe we were fortunate. One thing I also loved about this park was that I noticed they had a weekly rate for campsites. I don't recall seeing that anywhere else. So from a perspective of living in an RV this park has some potential. I would love to go back there and spend some time and explore the canoeing options.

We've actually been to this one a bunch, but first time to shoot video. It's only about an hour from our house. Apparently they drained the reservoir to do some repairs, but will be adding water to it this week. Right now it is a dessert. It should be full again by the time y'all come back down here (I'm assuming after this heat goes away). Let us know if you guys go there and we will head over. Maybe we can all paddle around!

Thank you for subscribing! We are not full time travelers, but we spend most of our free time camping, hiking and canoeing. Right now we have about 10 videos shot and ready to edit and a lot of plans for future adventures! Is that an Ebike you have in your videos or a regular bicycle? We have been kicking around the idea of ebikes, but $$$!
