I am so sorry to hear about your brother dying. It is a blessing that his children have you and your wife to care about them. I pray that you get custody of them. You are awesome.

I watch both of Luke's channels for very different reasons. I enjoy the gear reviews and product testing he does for camping gear on The Outdoor Gear Review. This particular channel I watch, or better yet, listen to for its production and audio qualities that are a hallmark of ASMR videos. The "theme" is camping and hiking, but it could just as easily be sailing or household chores. There's a Swedish woman on KZbin that does a minimalist channel with ASMR features. These videos are extremely relaxing and I tend to watch them to settle down and get to sleep. If you find this channel "boring" because you want narration, then you simply are in the wrong place.

Nothing reminds me of camping more than the sound of a long zipper: tent doors, sleeping bags, backpacks, duffel bags, etc. Even when doing up my winter coat before heading out to shovel snow off the driveway, the sound of the zipper reminds me of living out in the woods.

Luke. Thank you. My father had skin cancer from being in the sun too much. After the surgery, he lived to be 92. He was an outdoorsman all of his life except for the last few years. Good luck to you.

Your camping is very attractive!🏕️ I was impressed.✨ I have not camped on the day of the heavy rain.☔️ I think that it is very difficult.😮 You are so tough, and smart.✨ Your video became the splendid hint.🔥 It will update my camping.☺️ Thank you for your wonderful activity.🇯🇵

When I was a teen, my friends had a big two room canvas tent. I went camping with them to Lake Texoma every summer and it was glorious. I learned to ski, boat , campfire cooking and so much more. Great great memories and lifelong friends. Although the parents are gone now, my girlfriend and I are still in touch and visit each other often. Sometimes staying for 2 weeks.

I prefer hearing a conversations your stories. This is just like any other KZbinr doing camping. Kind of boring. Your detailing information about the gear you use is quite helpful. You sharing bit of personal stories of yourself is quite nice. I know we don’t know each other, but it felt like there was a friendship happening.

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - scientific term used to describe an extremely relaxing tingling sensation a lot of people feel as a result of listening to certain sounds or watching certain things. Usually described as tingles. In this instance, Camping: sounds of nature, rain, wind etc is relaxing to most people and they would prefer to hear nature sounds rather than a voice over. Hope that makes sense 😊
