Oun pheakdey! from my own experiences as hiker, runner, and tough exercises sometimes you lose too much body fluids. I think you're dehydrated from the heat and exhaustion. With the amount of distant you guys are walking, next time bring coconut water or its juice with you to keep hydrated. You are losing electrolyte from your body water is not enough. You had described all the symptoms. Trying to help🙄. Anyway you guys are making me FAT!!! all that eating😂. 👌👌👌perfect job guys!!
