When using a ground tarp that is larger than your tent's footprint, you should fold and tuck in the excess, otherwise water will drip from your tent and slide under creating a swimming pool below your tent. Ask me how I know. Love the camping, I'm so jealous.

EZ-Up worth their weight in gold. My buddy and I camped in the sierras last year year and it poured as we set up camp. We set up the canopy and sipped adult beverages all afternoon and flipped off the weather gods!

As a city slickin', Italian kid from Brooklyn, I about lost my shit when you poured the jar sauce over the ravioli. A mortal sin, my friend! But in all seriousness, I love your videos man. I served some time in the military and well I moved back to the city, but I'm getting ready to relocate and looking at Arizona or Utah for the nature. Maybe even Oregon or Washington. I love ❤️ watching how you prepared that jackrabbit and not to take anything away from how you done it but, I myself would of cut that rabbit into 8 pieces, that way the meat would fall off more readily into the stew. Great video! First time i camped at sleepy grass a bear tore up or campsite. It ate everything in our ice chest except a jalapeño and a lemon. Lol. It got pretty exciting! You guys need to invest in a pop up canopy. They are worth their weight in gold. I have one and i also built an 8'x10' awning for my truck. Plenty of shelter from the elements! That way you can cook in the rain, and have somewhere to chill out. Just a thought.

I have a tomahawk , its more traditional shape , but has a hammer on the back side , like that one does . People dont realize how much they will actually use that , if they have one . Frontiersmen , throughout the centuries have carried a hawk . Fantastic tool for how lite they are .
