Happy New year Dave and Kathy and we are so sorry we have not been around lately. We both got a very nasty dose of Covid in the week we were due to have our next vaccination and then we were in a panic as we had not sorted Christmas for two very excited little boys. Hi thanks for the good look around tour of the campsite I loved the idea of the cosy cinemas, that looked great for two for overnight and so good that you can get goodies too ! Brilliant that it's right in Cardiff . Loved the walk around Bute Park , you got great footage . I enjoyed looking around with you, you always give good indepth tours. Really sorry we have not been around but we both had Covid just before Christmas which meant we were in a panic getting ready - luckily it had gone by Christmas itself. We hope you and yours had a great festive time? The campsite was really lovely and so handy for Cardiff - we can thoroughly recommend it for a weekend in Cardiff. It's a clever little camera. Great to hear from you! That campsite would be good for you when the rugby is on as its just up the road although it probably get booked quickly. Nice little video would be really interested in your views about the site as somewhere for a family trip to Cardiff

Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend the site for a family holiday as it is so near many attractions. You can walk up to the Principality Stadium and get a River boat which takes you to Cardiff Bay which is lovely with lots of restaurants and a Techniquest. It's also a short drive to Barry Island with a fairground and plenty of kid's stuff. The site itself does not have a play area although there are lots of parks nearby. One thing to mention is that the site is quite open and anybody can walk in so there is a code to enter the facilities block. Saying that we felt perfectly safe and there are always a lot of vans staying there. Hope this helps and thank you for your comment - it is much appreciated! Elaine, Mike, Samuel and Thomas 😍😎👬

Thank you so much - e had great fun there and enjoyed braving the winter camping. The camera is an Insta 360 and it very cleverly takes the selfie stick out of the photo. It's quite a learning curve though but luckily the app does a lot of it for you 😉
