I saw them the first time I saw Wicked in summer 2012 on a school trip to London and I still love Matt as Fiyero. We walked in not knowing the cast so you can imagine the tears that came from the busted fans (including a teacher). Even if I wasn't a busted fan I still would have thought he was amazing. I've now seen Wicked three times and he is one of the better Fiyeros I've seen.

Busted was the first band I ever actually heard and I was two at the time of their debut though I hadn't heard of them until I was four. Matt, James and Charlie can do no wrong by me. I owe them all for getting me interested in the music world. I can't tell you how peeved I was when I saw Wicked in December and found out that Matt had been replaced!!

I'm just gonna say it because I think everyone might agree. That cast just then for Wicked London was the best Rachel Tucker and Matt Willis are just amazing! I saw this cast twice and both times they were amazing :-) Now I know no one can be better than the original cast but they are pretty damn close! :-)

I've been trying find today the cast when I on the moment saw Wicked. I can't tell you how surprised I was when I heard Matt start singing and I realised it was him! I couldn't see there faces (I was practically sat on the roof). This video/performance does not do credit to the quality of his voice/performance when I saw him. It was much better than this and full of character.

This isn't Broadway its the West End. And his tattoos are sexy :) Matt's been through a hell of a lot in his life so far and as a fan of his for almost a decade (wow I feel old!) I feel so proud the fact that he is where he is now. His transition from Busted to this is immense and his voice is just incredible - he's had to change and develop the way he sings and he's done it wonderfully.

They would be lights! It's steam coming from them, as they were the only thing producing even the slightest amount of heat!! Lol. But really i was as close to the white things as they were & they were not heaters! - His portrayal of the character has come such a long way and I thoroughly enjoy his characterization and where he takes his voice!! Everyone learns different techniques - I don't know about all the technical stuff myself, but I think he's doing a splendid job on a very tasking song!!

Well they did excellently anyway :) - but ye I asked my singing teacher friend about Matt's technique and it's apparently not good... although he sounds better here than I've heard, will have to go see it again soon to compare :p Bless you for braving the cold!! Matt Willis isn't that great a Fiyero in my opinion. He's not awful, but he's definitely not good. His voice doesn't seem strong enough - especially not up against Rachel. I do like his tattoos though, they show a different side to Fiyero (:

Not the best Fiyero I agree (still good mind), but first of this is the west end and Ramin Karimloo who is one of the best performers ever has tattoos, makes no difference to his ability to perform.

This terrible. Rachel is always good however. I loved Lee Mead's dark romantic take on the role. And this man's voice is whiney and nasal. When Lee kissed Rachel you knew what it meant to his Fiyero. Here Rachel takes the lead in the kiss. Not my idea of a romantic lead.
