The power of that water cascading under the plinth of that Neptuno villa , means yearly erosion condemns these villas to a short an shaky life !

Seismic study can be carried out at reasonable cost [ at least it could save you thousands of pounds and tons of heartbreak ], also if a Country had any decency and responsibility to it's People then it would have bloody well done it prior to development .

No wonder villas are being damaged with the force of water eroding the foundations away . Not a 1 off , this happens every year . If you are thinking of buying a place on Camposol ,do a geological study first . Area C seems to be the most suspect .
