1. Biggest motivation for dawah is to earn jannah. 2. Before starting dawah conversation you need to bond a bit. For bonding you can ask some questions about them and tell them a little about yourself. Basically get to know each other. 3. After bonding you can tell them some quotes/hadith about jannah, jahannum and death in a powerful way.

Amazing tips✨ just want to mention the ayahs of Surah Mudathir, [Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other. About the criminals,[And asking them], “What put you into Saqar?”(jahannum) They will say, “We were not of those who prayed,Nor did we used to feed the poor. And we used to enter into vain discourse with those who engaged [in it], And we used to deny the Day of Recompense Until there came to us the certainty.” (40-47) A powerful ayah about jahannum
