00:46 monday : the grass is always greener type thinking. Lean into having fun, it doesn't always have to be so serious. Enjoy the process and the journey of getting to where you want to go. Instead of worrying about things that could go wrong, think about what could go right. 04:14 tuesday : if you can't see the wood for the trees, concentrate on encompassing the feeling and the emotion of what it feels like to achieve the things you want. You don't know what you don't know so don't stress about that, just do the work. 11:26 wednesday : you're on your own manufacturing conveyor belt, you have the plan, you're sticking to the plan and your executing the plan. It's a ton of work but you are making steady progress. 14:15 thursday : shut off the emotions to just get things done. Physical exercise can help to get you out of a problem mindset and give you the space to receive downloads. Feedback from others provides a surprise hack to speed up your progress. 19:51 friday : go big or go home. Squeezing the best value from your resources to get the best bang for your buck gets you bigger results than you may have been expecting. A slight tweak from an outsider's suggestion makes a huge unexpected but positive difference. 27:16 saturday : a sudden disruption could be upsetting at first until your mind is opened to what could now be possible and adapting to that reality. 29:46 sunday : you could hit a wall, but will you let it finish you or will you view it as an obstacle to overcome? I was the 300th to like this. This week longtime friend and associate relaunches the prepared food section of our local food cooperative. I am there beside her, cooking away with decades of kitchen experience, struggling to connect with a dozen "young people" who have worked there longer than I have (I am one month into training, one to go) and seem to delight in telling an old woman what to do. I WILL NOT overcook the sausage and bacon nor scorch the soup just because that is how we do it. Thanks for being here.

I loved what you said about the mind follows the body. As a crisis counselor, I'm always encouraging my clientele to do something they enjoy. People become paralyzed by depression but I've overcome it myself and the way to do that is to stay productive, exercise, and not consuming shit - whether it be junk food or the news. You become what you put into yourself!
