Baron, I would love to see you play stick ear 2 in hard or even insane mode. Maybe I might be able to help you a bit with the following advice: 1. Start using Magikill and get upgrades like “electric wall” and “poison spray”. Magikill plays a crucial role in taking out armies in hard and insane mode. 2. Get the upgrade “shield wall” and “fire arrows” Shield wall allows spear tons to tank damage while your archidons can kill your enemies frontline units. You may even start investing on getting a meric and get “cure” to ensure your speartons won’t die so easily 3. Refrain from using albowtross/flying archers 4. Refrain from getting “passive income” in early game, get “miner hustle” instead because that is a major boost in your economy 5. Try to purchase electric wall before poison spray in a battle 6. You might even want to start using the technique of G kiting

I did a test myself. For the 30 swordwrath that come out, I learned that if you fully upgrade speartons this affects the golden spearton's ability. When playing on insane and you control him, you can take them all out. Edit: I meant to say the swordwrath ambush. Another edit: On insane difficulty, if you fully upgrade speartons and just send out one golden spearton without controlling him against the swordwrath horde; he will defeat them all and be brought down to less than half health.

The thing that a vampire spearton has over the g spearton is the survivability where the vamp spearton can get health per hit and plus the health when you control an unit but normally the g spearton is better him being able to dish a lot of damage plus you can one shot giants with him if you throw the golden spearton's spear in their back
