Ya know varsity for not having played that much controller you have some good takes on the differences in aim and movement- that isn’t to say there are NO roller players who can compete with PC players but it’s certainly insanely difficult and takes dialing in versus a decent PC gamer can figure their sense out and proceed to get good at the game

I would sit in the range for an hour or two, play a round,slightly change my sense and repeat until It’s right where I need it to be. I played pc for years and peaked silver, switched to console and hit gold the next season with only controller and aim training. I have to put siege down during the school year to focus on my degree, so I’m not very good at the game, but I’ve seen the difference. PC coppers are like console silvers, PC silver is like console gold. The gap in skill narrows as you get to higher ranks, I’m sure, but in the low ranks the difference is incredibly clear.

This might sounds strange but my theory is around high plat low emerald it becomes a more even match because of mechanics, a lot of emerald players on console have good mechanics and control and understanding of the game, in this both the console bronzes and PC coppers have poor understanding of the game but PC will always have the better mechanics at that rank, then there’s a weird middle ground around Plat and Emerald in my opinion high plat PC and low emerald would be a similar talent level but I still think PC would win just a more even matchup

As some one who plays both console and pc I can say for me and by duo it took about 100 matches each season for champ on console for us. And pc we keep getting hard stuck around diamond 3-4, by hard stuck I mean like 400 matches. Last season we played 94 on console hit champ, pc played 428 and hit diamond 4 with a 1.2 kd console I have a 1.4 kd. Seeing these seasons is interesting to see the more average console player. I will say though I can’t wait for new teams
