Each silver has to win 3 duals per round, it's not happening. Maybe if silvers could actually use util like nades for the pistol round tropy rush it'd be close, I don't know how good flashes and smokes are for bots. Mollys used to absolutely break csgo bots.

i sometimes play against expert bots for fun and i win 1v7 matches but i either lose or draw 1v8/9/10 (im silver elite master/silver elite/gold nova 1 on comp but supreme on wingman and only 3k rating)
