I've always wondered if 38" would fit the Teraflex HD kit for JL. It looks like it works really well. This is why on my JKU Rubicon with Hard rock rear bumper, it may start to rub on the bottom. I have 37" for now.

When you say that you shim these, where and how do you go about it? Ours has always sat on the low side of correct, but it's already as high as it can go on the 4 main positioning bolts. I'm guessing you add washers behind the lower hinge on the inside?

Teraflex makes shims to put behind the hinge so you can preload it if it is necessary
