Agreed; bankrupt or otherwise needs to work to survive. The Malaysian Board of Engineers DO NOT THINK SO. They no longer recognise (financially) bankrupt Professional Engineers

this Question need to Ask the Authority of Finance or Related Economic Fieldwork so the Situation are Person that being declared Bankrupt due to Debt or when Managing Profit Orgazination is currently being Appointed as Head in Non For Profit Organization the more Good Question are doesnt care that person is bankrupt or socialism what are the Improvement given or what are New Idea arise from the Appointed Person that earned much Income is it worthy to paid that not doing anything Personal with that kind of Income🤔🤔🤔

no issue at all … in private sector, a financially declared bankrupt can still be employed … if government have a rule saying a government servant can not be financially bankrupt, then he can’t … but wait, we have a legally convicted fella heading the nation; go figure …
