Sir if a CA becomes a director simplicitor in a company being a subscriber to the memoirandum, is there any objection if that company is engaged in consultancy business in taxation/ litigation and other allied laws ? Or it has to be compulsorily a Management consultancy company only ?

Yes partially correct.... A chartered accountant in practice can engage as a managing director or whole time director of a body corporate provided he along with his relative either individually or in aggregate do not hold substantial interest
