Logan, I have four boomerangs i bought in Australia in '99. They were made, painted, and signed by a lovely Aboriginal man named Boonga. I've been throwing and (sometimes) catching them for years and have yet to lose one. I always have at least one in my car. It's a fun sport and I'm glad to learn there's a competition circuit. If Flite Test has given you the RC flying bug, you would probably enjoy Discus Launch Gliders. Lots of throwing and catching.

I've been watching these guys for a while. They're totally nuts, and it made me want to get into real R/C flying, so I went out and picked up an E-Flite Mini Convergence. I know it's not intended for a new R/C Pilot, but I've been flight simming for years (X-plane). Josh Bixler, Josh Scott (sp?), Stefan, Alex, TJ, Jeremy, Austin, Bob, and all the rest. You guys completely rock all the socks :) By the way, is there a chance that you guys might do a (somewhat belated) review of the MIni Convergence? If so, thanks in advance :)

I had boomerangs when I was a kid. The once belonged to a cherished neighbor. I could NOT make them work despite hours of work. Turns out they were from a right handed kid. I am left handed. 30+ years later I got a proper boomerang. Sending it off to have it come back and nearly kill me was the most satisfying moment of my life.
