These videos are so good man, genuinely my favorite channel to watch to learn. Hopefully one day you make a video focusing on getting good vocal volume mixing to an instrumental, i feel like i make the vocals too loud which makes them feel separated or on top of the instrumental instead of being inside it, but that could also because i struggle with reverb. I can never get the reverb right.

Question on another one of your videos you used the Cla vocal plugin on your all box aux And this video just on the leads vox .. Do you still apply that cla vocal plugin on your all vox aux or no since you applied it on the lead vox aux?????

Good question - it totally depends on what I am using the CLA for and what the song calls for. Sometimes I'll do both lead and group w/2 CLA's...think in terms of functionality - on the lead it's a great way to add energy to a lead to cut through the mix, on the bus it's amazing for gluing all the vocals and on ad-libs it's a great tool for production/heavy FX.
