Hey, I actually played around quite a bit with this secret path, the reason the event didn't pop up and you had to use command was because you flipped peacefully. You need to have global flag which only happen when you flip fascist through civil war. There is issue, you need to already own constantinople, because the civil war event sets your capital to it and if you don't own it, nothing will happened. (Great paradox coding)

Would be funny, I don't think it's possible because there is checks to the events to make sure there isn't multiple, I'm sure there is a mod out there that changes that

I find that the navies will engage, and then when they go back to port, you redeploy without repair, and you have free reigh while turkey spends months repairing
