Can AI Beat Miitopia by Itself?

Hello everyone! One of the most well-known Miitopia challenges is the solo challenge, where you can only bring one teammate into battles, but beating Miitopia with just that rule felt too easy. So, today, I’ll attempt to beat Miitopia solo with autobattle, meaning I’ll have almost no control over battles. What tricks and strategies will I use to guide the AI in the right direction? I love how during the Dominic flight scene, the game expects the player to have four Miis in their party, but since there's only one Mii in the party, it just gives us shots of his head, body & tail. On the other side of things, I wonder if it's possible to beat Miitopia without controlling your Mii character... like, basically your teammates, controlled by AI, have to beat the game for you. This could be a problem for the moments when your team gets snatched, but those parts could be left out. However, there's also the problem that you can't take your MC off of the team until post-game, so... we could find a way to deal with that, I guess... anyways, cool video 👍

i play with Autobattle on by default as to focus more on micro-managing my little critters. i forget most people dont do that! fun challenge

Amazing video and interesting idea considering the Autobattle feature is pretty forgotten And I think you should keep the horse and only limit yourself if you really want to it's self imposed after all

I remembered a challenge idea I had. Can you beat Miitopia, the American way? Essentially: Beat Miitopia using only the tank. All jobs are fair game until RoTF, which is only tanks. After that, change everyone’s job to Tank and rain bullets on the enemies! Optionally, grub can be disallowed but I probably wouldn’t recommend that. Why? Tank’s my favourite job! (Scientist is my second favourite)

@@OrimisLounge thats the thing though, why kill it first if it's not really much of a threat? you can just let the 2 damage out of 16 (or the anger debuff, which ironically just makes the mii attack the twerkey anyway) hit your party until you deal with the bigger issues

You're using the sprinkles? Doesn't that kinda trivialize the harder fights? And it is something you actually have to input yourself, the ai can't make use of them on their own. I guess if you were extra picky about it, the ai can't navigate menus so it's not a true idle game but I get why you would wanna put on gear and grind. The food also seems like it makes it kinda easy but at least that dark lord fight looked kinda close.

Personally I think tank might have been a better choice than imp it has great single target damage, AOE and healing along with amazing bulk but I've never seen it with the ai so that might change something. However hyper sprinkles nullify that one weakness

Tank would be a good choice because of its insane attack and defense, but its only healing move is defense unfortunately, plus the ai only has a 10% chance to activate it Source: miitopia.fandom.com/wiki/Tank

For Part 2, you can use the highlight glitch to skip the Pharoah II boss, bear in mind. Maybe you could also use it to skip the boss, then come back to it as the Hero.
