I also have just purchased a 21' spyer limited, I'm watching your videos and relating to what youre saying. You may be enjoying yours as much as me. people seem shocked that I went 110 mph on it, it did seem sluggish and slow to climb speed above 80, I was wondering what you thought about that?

So, I just put a deposit on a 22 RT Limited and it'll be here in mid May, I've NEVER rode a Spyder b4 but from what I've seen on the Pedal commander it's amazing. What do you think is somewhat close to stock so I don't select the wrong setting right off the get go

Impressive report on an actual road test, perhaps a little more helpful if you showed all the install steps. Slingmods goes through several years models, etc. Did you have to order the handle bar mount separately from Slingmods?

how's the ride when you drive over those ceramic reflectors between the lanes ? Big and Small... I know they are HUGE in Texas!!!

A noticeable bump is experienced but controllable. I’ve had the unfortunate experience running over a steel part that was shed from a truck I was following a bit too closely. Nothing drastic happened other than a definite bump. No damage resulted from the incident. I’m saying this as a testimony how tough the front end is. I have a 2016 RT-S that I bought brand new with over 45,000 miles on it now. Gonna get the Pedal Commander now. The regular throttle response lag is sort of getting to be a bother in city traffic. Thx for your report. Tilted me even more towards it.

Does it void the warranty on my 2020 Can am Spyder RT, if I install the pedal commander?

That is a good question. I will have to look into that.

The Pedal commander does not void the warranty, in fact, it is completely undetectable by the ECU.

It’s a shame you can’t get that response from the factory like that, instead of putting out $300.0 to get what the factory turned back 30 percent of throttle!
