Rather than cutting connectors off why not depin them? Please, explain WHY you cut a huge hole in your glove box, when it would have been simpler to go to walmart and buy a box the perfect size for your electronics and it could have been mounted under the hood? And you could have kept your glove box water proof. Speakers look good, but how do they perform? Another suggestion, either use a unit with a wireless control, or mount the control flush in the plastic or do what you must to hide the wires from it.

The golden hawk system sounded much better it has 4 speakers. I have a video of it also.
