With the popularity of our RPM Sport Muffler and BRP's increase in power over since that exhaust was built PLUS the amount of power these machine are now capable of easily making, we knew it was time to build something bigger! That's what was accomplished! Introducing the FULL 3" Monster Core RPM exhaust system. Starting with our turbo size matched flange we quickly move to the HD chain link flex pipe. From here we move to our smooth transition bend catless mid pipe that has TWO O2 bungs pre installed. The muffler and mid pipe are connected with a V-Band clamp. Moving to the muffler we've incorporated a similar design to our 2.5" muffler. The most important part of this party is the 3" perforated muffler with a internal baffle which produces music to the ears. Our muffler system utilizes the factory tip and rear fascia! The factory chassis mounted heat shields can be used, and a new exhaust hanger bracket IS included! Factory spark arrestor can be used.

Sounds pretty good! So you don't use the exhaust shield? Any trouble without that? Gets 🔥 back there. Also, with all the exhaust you installed, have you ever had the o2 plug fall out? I did on my RPM Bigmouth install. I know it was tight. Did it on the workbench. They did send me another. Great company!

I put the factory tip back on it but I didn’t end up using the extra silencer that they sent it’s an add on when you buy the exhaust , and so far out of all the ones Ive installed no issue with that plug falling out. Thanks for watching buddy

I just wanted to tell everybody that I have this exhaust on my x3 and it is much louder than you think it is and the quiet core plug you can buy for it doesn't make any difference to the sound level that me or any of my friends could tell. the exhaust does sound good but just know its a lot louder than it sounds in videos. we mud ride on muddy trails and all my friends made me start riding at the back of the line because of how loud this exhaust is. just FYI

Good point to make there , as with any exhaust that your removing the stock pipe is gonna be louder for sure , but as you said this is a great sounding exhaust. Thanks for watching

Since you have been changing these exhausts out for awhile now which set up due u think is best to with for the X3….I have the 2 seater…just like urs

best setup i had was my titanium cutout exhuast with the electronic sport muffler ! it gave me about 3 different sounds which allowed me to kinda push a button and go with what i felt like hearing that day. To me sometimes i like really loud other times i like it toned down a bit lol

I know im a bit late, but i just got this set up for my X3 Max and can’t wait to get it on this weekend. Question, has anyone come with a plan to reduce the heat in the cab… I have the same one in the video and we darn near melt on 80 degree weather days. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I might would suggest a heat blanket for the turbo possibly and exhaust blanket to help block some of that heat from coming into the cab .

The heat im experiencing is coming from the front and radiator. I have the same X3 in your video. Did he ever get the extreme heat coming from the front?

Sounds the same as the 3" electronic dump pipe. A lot deeper then any 2.5" pipe.
