Hi Parsai, If I have a job offer from a Canadian company, can I apply for a work permit at the POE without having the employer fill out any paper work? Also, when applying at POE, am I able to work right away, or do I need to wait for the permit to be processed? Thanks!

They may apply at a port of entry which means the likelihood of approval is a lot higher. no, if the marriage in the phillipines is legal and if the marriage in canada is legal then each partner must get a divorce before legally marrying again in canada, otherwise you will be considered common law partners living together after (3 years) but this does not qualify as legal marriage
