Very helpful. In my situation I have been rolling over from one fixed term contract to another for eight years. When they finally decided to terminate a new person was employed and had to hand over work/ teach the new joiner how to do what I was doing. No severance pay was paid out to me. No compensation was negotiated with me for not renewing my contract anymore as expected. I hope I have a strong case due for first meeting 13 Dec 2022
