Can ANY Boss Survive The Godskin Trio? - Elden Ring

In this elden ring video I'm testing if any of the strongest bosses in elden ring can survive the Godskin trio.
To make the fight more interesting and unique I gave them all a shared bar and lowered the poise of the godskin matriarch while also removing her destined death 2nd phase which is way too overpowered. They each have 10k hp, 100 poise and tier 15 scaling. The Godskin matriarch boss is part of the convergence mod.

Actually I did record a bit with Phase one. What happened is that she summoned the godskins while he was still in phase one, with the result that he was absolutely overwhelmed in phase 2

It's unbelievable that the Elden Beast was able to hit nearly 60% of the Godskin Trio's HP with less than 10% health. I swear if it hadn't been stunned at 08:36 it would have done so much more. Anyway, I'm still impressed, my favorite boss

@@Urd-Vidan and yet his reputation has him more feared than half the bosses in Bloodborne, to the point it's generally accepted the only way to deal with him is by cheesing him with poison knives. He may not be a boss in the literal sense, but he's practically treated like one by the community.

@@occultnightingale1106 .....it's still a Player character NPC. I mean, there's Bosses that are Player character NPCs, but the unique Boss character are kinda just literally built different. Crow is hard and has some lore, but that's it, it's also not a boss, like the Laser Golem(in Laser Golem's part, tbf, it's not really too hard, it's just very tanky af and is pretty unique compared to the other Golems because of his full kit, that's it). It's just a hard AI invasion NPC.

I think people would have been less angry than what we have now. Cause at least there's something new in this boss and has a bit of depth to it. Even though it would be very hard, I think they would have hated it less. For this boss, a good strategy would be kill Matriarch first, because she would be low health when she summons the other two. Play defensive and only focus on her. Then, kill Godskin Apostle without triggering Noble's 2nd phase and kill Noble alone. It will feel like an actual planning. But, currently the situation is, "Here fight two problematic boss you already fought before together. And they respawn."

I don't think it would be too hard, when the Matriarch starts to summon the Godskin duo she's a sitting duck so you can hit her with ashes of war. And the Godskin appear right next to her so having them all bunched up together like that makes it easy to deplete their hp. Like if you ran up them as they appear and spammed the Wing of Astel or Rivers of Blood, or if you fires off Comet Azure, you'd probably nail all 3 of them at the same time and deal some serious damage.

@@badhabits8492 not at all. Unlike those others radahn is mostly carried by that one ability and it's only a one time thing. The others have plenty of abilities and get rid of rot bomb and malenia is still soloing most of everything. He is only carried by meteor nowadays

I like the godskin matriarch's moveset, but I don't like the idea behind her. She isn't the Gloam-Eyed Queen, and if she is one of the latter's creations, her phase 2 should also be connected to something she can do with her skin.

She wasn't created by the Gloam-Eyed Queen, nor was she born an Apostle. Her backstory states that she was stolen away at birth to be groomed into becoming the new leader of the current Godskins, but instead of going after Maliketh to restore the black flame's power, she sought the cursemark of death that formed on Ranni's dead body because it had traces of destined death in it. This plays in part with why in the vanilla game there is a Godskin Noble guarding that same tower. Her backstory also implies she is human, which explains why she doesn't do any stretchy moves like the Apostle or Noble.

Can you do a "Can any boss survive...?" against two health bar Beast Clergyman/Malekith? So, instead of the two phases sharing a single health bar (like Godfrey/Horah Loux) there is a health bar for each phase, like Malenia? It's unfair that such a great boss only gets the one bar, when Malenia gets healing and two bars. I'm always happy to see your videos come up in my feed. Keep up the great work.

Since you've included a boss from Convergence, you should include the other bosses that were also introduced as part of the versus. Would have been nice to see the Matriarch vs some of the other new bosses. Also looks like you are using the boss's default settings, instead of the changes made to them in the mod. Noble doesn't do a continuous spin, and all resistances are capped at 50%, so I believe this this is a little unfair since Radagon and Elden Beast have 80% Holy Resistance, and the Matriarch deals Holy damage.

I know it's probably coincidence, but my favorite part was probably how the Matriarch waited until Astel's trail detonated before charging him. All too often these videos kind of underscore how the AIs are only kind of smart against humans and don't really understand anything else, but that looked genuinely strategic, almost like it actually meant to do that.
