That's the max health reduction fading, which is the debuff from Maliketh and the Black Knives

They are not talking about the health reduction, but about when the health bar goes up for no apparent reason. E.g at 40 seconds in the hippo gains heath.

@@iamMildlyUpsetWithMostOfYouTub I'm not talking about destined death. Destined death in no way heals you. It just limits your max health with a grey bar and that grey bar just goes away. Look at the comment above you and you'll see what I mean.

Apparently it is the destined death wearing off, but why in the hell would that heal them. It literally does zero damage if those boss is not full health, so it is literally a free heal for Maliketh’s opponent
