Jai Guru ji .. Respected sir... Few common points which i myself and great spiritual leaders / brilliant/ sucessful people have who are inlitned... As per my understanding of what i feel.... 1. Inner Potential: Just like great people and spiritual leaders, who have unique talents and the ability to grow and achieve greatness within . 2. Desire to Learn: Everyone, including leaders, starts by learning, improving, and seeking knowledge to make a positive impact. 3. Compassion: Caring for others and wanting to make the world a better place is a quality shared by all great souls. Regards
