Correct me if I am wrong (probably am) but the "ownerName" tag with a splash potion of harming would allow you to have the ender dragon "damage" the bees and therefore pull their agro. Worked with Skeletons and Pigs in CrushedPixel's video back in 2015 kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnildX6PlJumqM0 (the commands are in the comments of his video)

I have a better fight idea of bees vs dragon. Instead of end crystals put a bee spawner on the end pillars. The dragon must survive as long as possible. Also pls try to find a way to make those spawned bees kill the dragon. Also let the dragon kill the endless swarms of bees.
