I don’t think every single memokeeper is an emanator, but all emanators of remembrance ARE emanators. I don’t believe Black Swan is one. She’s also the character I trust the least, and I feel she manipulated and engineered all events that have happened so far. Motive, I have no idea yet.

I think she might have some idea about March 7th's past since March's past seems to be connected to the Remembrance
