Ingredients:
Chickpeas (छोले) - 1 bowl
Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour (आरारोट) - 3-4 tbsp
Oil (तेल) - for frying
Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp for sauteing
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)
Garlic (लहसुन)
Ginger (अदरक)
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1
Spring Onion (हरा प्याज़)
Salt (नमक)
Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Vinegar (सिरका) - 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup, Chili Sauce (टोमेटो,चिली सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
RECIPE:
Soak some Chickpeas for overnight. Put them in the pressure cooker, put some Salt in it and boil them by giving 2-3 whistles and then turn off the flame.
Put the boiled Chickpeas in the strainer and then put them in a bowl. Put some Corn Flour in it and mix it well then fry the corn flour coated Chickpeas.
Keep the fried Chickpeas on the strainer. then put some Oil in the pan, put finely chopped Green Chilies, Garlic, Ginger, Capsicum, white part of Spring Onion, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Chili Sauce, Sugar, some Corn Flour and Water, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, some leafy part of Spring Onion and then put the fried Chickpeas in the pan.
Mix it well and serve the hot and crispy Chana Chili Dry.
