@@error.418 You can easily do make glow in the dark liquid with tonic water due to the quinine in it. Make jello with it, dehydrate the jello to make it into powder, mix powder with your cotton candy sugar. Get a black light and watch it glow.

I think brown sugar and cinnamon would actually work great. The brown sugar is a little more moist than regular sugar and the cinnamon is drying so they might work great together.
