„You guys are phenomenal...“ oh dear, back to the illusion ...
@baayzil974 жыл бұрын
How much of an illusion is it if we've all decided to inhabit it, consciously and knowingly and gave it a sacred place among other "real" things? That's the thing, Consciousness is the deciding factor between illusion and reality. It's what gives us the ability, not to dictate reality, but observe multiple possible realities, choose the ones we would like to inhabit and participate in making them an actual reality insofar as we have the authority and the capacity to determine just exactly what is real and what is not. (I was thinking as I wrote this, your comment sparked me and it just poured out).

Watching this and it not being 9/11 Gay Dad 2, I'm reminded of a Bo Burnham line: "love is a homeless guy finding a bag of gold coins and slowly realizing they're all made of chocolate but he can't complain because he was hungry in the first place".

I felt deeply connected to everything you said in this piece. Thanks for the vulnerability and making it look ok to have those flaws.

This guy is brilliant. This is a 5 minute segment and there isn’t a laugh every 10 seconds. In fact there aren’t many in this one - but the honesty and vulnerability is so engaging. I’ve watched almost every clip on this channel. He deserves to go big time. It’s intelligent, creative and funny. Congratulations dude. 🙏🙏🙏

Can't think of anyone based on published material. He is really unique on how eloquent and self analytical he can make his jokes. Like a George Carlin and Louis CK mashup

Clearly you are a really intelligent introspective person. And you hit on some universally relatable topics.... But... I think there are some fine tuning techniques you can introduce to do the single most important thing stand-up comedy is supposed to do. Induce laughter. You are a very good storyteller and that's a huge talent. Just drop some more laugh bombs on your trip to Dr Phil's sofa brother. Respectfully from another "Comedian in perpetual self induced therapy". All the best , James Gordon Stewart

@@drewm1chael hope it's sooner than later, really enjoy your comedy. have you given thought to develop some other type of content output that could relate to introspection with a comedic twist?
