Lisa, my question is whether they've already disqualified themselves to sit on the Supreme Court for having "...given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." Perhaps Trump is not the only one whom Congress must to vote on whether to lift there disqualification to hold office. More to the point, how do we convince Congress - i.e. the Democrats - to uphold their oaths to defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic? Voicemails? Emails? Social media posts? 4:11 Incorrect. If Trump is disqualified then VANCE becomes President with the Speaker becoming Vice President. Kamala Harris does NOT become President. Only if Vance is disqualified as well would Harris be President. The 14th disqualification is for the person, not the party nor the ticket.
